Job title: MEP Coordinator – Data Centre
Location: Denmark, Europe

Package: €80,000 to €90,000 DOE + European package
The Company
This international M&E engineering contractor delivers large-scale data centre and technically complex engineering projects across Europe.
They are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join the project team on a major data centre development in Denmark, coordinating mechanical and electrical services through installation, testing and commissioning.
The Role: MEP Coordinator
As MEP Coordinator, you will work between the design, engineering and site teams to ensure MEP installations are fully coordinated, buildable and delivered in line with programme and quality requirements.
You will work closely with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC and Commissioning teams, resolving RFIs, design queries and coordination issues before they impact site delivery.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced MEP Coordinator with a practical understanding of how mechanical and electrical services come together on major construction projects.
You will be technically strong, organised and comfortable coordinating subcontractors, engineers and site teams in a demanding data centre environment.

You will work closely with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC and Commissioning teams, resolving RFIs, design queries and coordination issues before they impact site delivery.
Must Have Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Engineer or similar on large construction projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Experience coordinating drawings, RFIs, technical submittals and site installations.
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other technically complex project experience required.
- Data centre project experience preferred.
- QA/QC and commissioning experience beneficial.
- BIM and digital coordination experience advantageous.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installations across multiple work packages.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals for buildability and coordination.
- Manage RFIs and technical queries through to resolution.
- Coordinate closely with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning teams.
- Monitor progress, quality and technical risks across MEP installations.
- Work with subcontractors and site teams to resolve clashes and coordination issues.
- Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning and project handover.
