The Role – MEP Detailer
As an MEP Detailer, you will play a central role in the coordination and development of mechanical and electrical building services models from early design through to installation and handover.
Working closely with engineers, site teams and BIM leads, you will ensure all models and drawings are clash-free, accurate and aligned with programme requirements. Your work will directly impact installation quality, coordination efficiency and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 (DOE)

The Role – MEP Detailer
As an MEP Detailer, you will play a central role in the coordination and development of mechanical and electrical building services models from early design through to installation and handover.
Working closely with engineers, site teams and BIM leads, you will ensure all models and drawings are clash-free, accurate and aligned with programme requirements. Your work will directly impact installation quality, coordination efficiency and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D Revit models and 2D installation drawings for mechanical and electrical services
- Carry out clash detection using Navisworks and drive resolution across multidisciplinary teams
- Produce coordinated models in line with BIM Execution Plans and project standards
- Maintain model files, drawing registers and all coordination documentation
- Support site teams with clear, buildable and install-ready drawings
- Assist in the preparation of as-built and record drawings
- Participate in coordination meetings, providing technical input and solutions
- Conduct site surveys and verification where required, including use of point cloud data
- Support pre-construction and tender stage drawing development
- Work closely with BIM Coordinators and Leads to maintain consistency across projects
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or a strong trade background with BIM qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an MEP detailing or BIM coordination role
- Strong background in either mechanical or electrical building services
- Advanced Revit skills with experience producing coordinated models
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and site installation processes
- Detail-focused with strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment
- Clear communicator with the ability to work across design and site teams
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 (DOE)
