One of Europe’s most respected main contractors is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Frankfurt. The Role – MEP Project Manager

The MEP Project Manager will take full responsibility for the mechanical and electrical delivery on a large scale data centre project in Frankfurt. Working closely with the construction, commercial, and commissioning teams, you will ensure all MEP packages are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a senior site based role requiring strong coordination, technical knowledge, and leadership across multiple subcontractors and stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme milestones and ensuring successful project delivery within a live mission critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical and electrical packages throughout the full project lifecycle
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, specialist suppliers, consultants, and commissioning teams
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
• Chair MEP coordination meetings and manage technical design reviews
• Monitor installation progress and resolve technical or sequencing issues on site
• Oversee QA/QC procedures, inspections, and handover documentation
• Work closely with planning and commercial teams to track progress and costs
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and local regulations
• Support commissioning activities and ensure smooth project handover
• Maintain strong communication with senior management and client representatives

About You

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large construction projects
• Strong background in data centres, mission critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or large commercial projects
• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of MEP coordination, commissioning, and technical delivery
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
• Experience working for a main contractor or specialist MEP contractor
• Ability to manage complex programmes within fast paced environments
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and project delivery
