With a growing pipeline of European data centre projects, the company is seeking an experienced Planner to support the delivery of a large scale data centre fit out project in Austria.
The position offers an attractive 17/4 rotation, with flights, accommodation and a weekly living away allowance provided.
The Role: Planner
As Planner, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the construction programme on a major data centre fit out project in Austria.
Working closely with the Project Manager, site management team and subcontractors, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and updating project programmes to ensure works are delivered in line with agreed milestones.
This role will suit a Planner with experience in data centre construction, fit out or large scale M&E projects who is comfortable working on complex construction programmes.

You will be an organised and commercially aware Planner with a strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme delivery.
You will have experience working alongside site management teams on large scale construction projects, ideally within the data centre or specialist fit out sector.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify programme risks early will be important in this position.

- Must have experience working as a Planner on large scale construction projects.
- Proven experience using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is required.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management and critical path analysis.
- Experience coordinating construction programmes with site teams and subcontractors is essential.
- Previous experience on data centre fit out or mission critical projects.
- Experience with M&E installation, commissioning and handover programmes.
- Previous experience working on European construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and regularly update detailed construction programmes.
- Monitor progress against agreed project milestones and identify potential delays.
- Work closely with Project Managers, engineers and subcontractors to coordinate programme delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
- Identify critical path activities and recommend corrective measures where required.
- Coordinate short term and long term lookahead programmes.
- Monitor subcontractor progress and ensure works are aligned with the overall construction schedule.
- Support programme reviews, planning meetings and progress reporting.
- Assist with sequencing of fit out works, M&E installations, testing and commissioning.
- Maintain accurate programme records and support the project team with delay analysis.
