This Irish main contractor has a strong track record delivering residential and large scale building projects across Dublin, Wicklow and the wider Leinster region.
With a solid pipeline of residential work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a 117 unit residential development in Co Wicklow. The contractor is known for well run sites, strong project teams and a practical approach to programme, quality and construction delivery.
The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of this 117 unit residential development in Co Wicklow, working closely with the site, engineering, design and commercial teams.
You will manage the project programme, subcontractor coordination, quality and health and safety, ensuring the development progresses efficiently through each stage of construction. You will report to senior management and provide clear updates on programme, resources and any issues affecting delivery.

You will be an experienced construction Project Manager with a strong residential background and the ability to take ownership of a sizeable housing development.

- Must have proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering residential construction projects
- Strong main contractor experience is required
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, programme and quality on large scale building projects
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction standards and site practices
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering large scale housing or residential developments preferred
- Experience managing projects from construction through to completion and handover beneficial
- Strong technical and client communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the 117 unit residential development
- Manage the construction programme and ensure key project milestones are achieved
- Coordinate Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and specialist trades
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the project
- Oversee quality control and ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
- Work closely with the design and commercial teams to resolve technical and programme issues
- Manage site resources, logistics and subcontractor performance
- Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Drive the project through construction, finishes and handover
