As an experienced and driven Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of high-impact water infrastructure projects across the Southeast and Midlands region of Ireland.
With a focus on both urban and rural environments, you will manage multiple projects from initial planning stages through to final handover, ensuring that each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Contracts Management, design consultants, site teams, and public authorities, I take a hands-on approach to project leadership that combines technical insight with commercial acumen and a client-focused mindset.

Project Manager Skills:
- Full clean driver’s licence (essential)
- Relevant third-level qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- Experience working in a fast-paced contracting environment with Irish Water or similar clients
- Proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, environmental, and quality assurance procedures in infrastructure delivery
As a Project Manager:
- Managing the full project lifecycle of water infrastructure and pipeline schemes, from mobilisation to completion.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across several simultaneous works packages, ensuring safety, quality, and program compliance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers.
- Reviewing and influencing the constructability of water and wastewater design solutions to ensure efficient delivery.
- Preparing and presenting internal and client-facing project reports, status updates, and scheduling documentation.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks related to cost, scope, and programme.
- Leading resource-loaded planning, procurement coordination, and performance monitoring activities.
- Ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with national water standards and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience delivering potable and foul water projects to Irish or UK Water Standards.
- Deep understanding of civil engineering methodologies in the utilities and public infrastructure space.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on proactive communication, team cohesion, and stakeholder engagement.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to assess cost implications and drive value.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Technically confident with strong reporting and programme management skills.
