Job title: Project Manager – €30m New Build School
Location: Co Louth
Company: Irish Main Contractor specialising in Design & Build construction
Package: €90,000 to €95,000 + vehicle, fuel and pension

This Irish main contractor has a strong track record delivering Design & Build projects across education, healthcare, residential, commercial and public sector construction.
They have particular experience delivering new build schools and major education projects throughout Ireland, with a strong focus on programme, quality and practical site delivery.
The Role: Project Manager
You will take responsibility for the delivery of a new €30m school project in Co Louth, managing the project through construction, completion and handover.
Working with the site, design and commercial teams, you will drive programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality and Health & Safety.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ experience in construction management
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with an Irish main contractor is required
- Experience delivering large-scale building projects is essential
- Strong knowledge of programme delivery, subcontractor coordination and project handover
Preferred Experience
- Education or school construction experience preferred
- Design & Build experience beneficial
- Experience on projects valued at €20m+ advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for delivery of the €30m school project
- Manage programme, site teams and key project milestones
- Coordinate Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors
- Work closely with the design and commercial teams
- Maintain strong Health & Safety and quality standards
- Liaise with the client, consultants and subcontractors
- Oversee completion, snagging and handover
