About the Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a major commercial build with a project value exceeding €5 million. From groundworks through to completion, you’ll ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all site operations with accountability for project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
- Drive quality and safety standards across all stages of the build.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient progress.
- Resolve issues proactively while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to site teams.
What You Need
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
- Proven background delivering high-value commercial builds.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and HSEQ standards.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage cost and programme effectively.
