The business is known for well-run sites, strong project teams and a practical approach to programme, quality and delivery. They are now appointing a Project Manager for a €12 million commercial office development in Limerick, Co Limerick.
The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of this €12 million office development in Limerick, working closely with the site, engineering, design and commercial teams from the early works through to completion.
A strong civils background is important for this position. You will need to be comfortable managing the groundworks, drainage, services, external works and structural elements of the project, while also having the building experience required to manage the wider construction programme through to handover.

- Strong knowledge of Irish construction standards and site delivery
Preferred Experience
- Commercial office construction experience preferred
- Engineering or strong technical construction background beneficial
- Experience taking projects from early civils through the main build to completion
- Strong client and design team communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for programme delivery of the €12 million commercial development
- Manage civil works including groundworks, drainage, services, external works and associated packages
- Coordinate site management, engineering teams and subcontractors across the project
- Drive programme, sequencing and short-term planning to maintain key milestones
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and technical compliance
- Work closely with the commercial and design teams to resolve issues before they impact delivery
- Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management and the client team
- Manage the project through construction, finishes, commissioning and final handover
