The company is continuing to expand its European operations and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major data centre fit out project in the Netherlands.
The Role: Project Manager
This is a key Project Manager position overseeing the delivery of a large scale data centre fit out project in the Netherlands.
You will take responsibility for programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality control and day to day site operations, working closely with the Contracts Manager, commercial team and specialist subcontractors.
The role will involve managing multiple fit out packages within a live data centre construction environment, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required technical specifications.

About You
You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and fit out delivery, ideally gained with a main contractor or specialist fit out contractor.
You understand the pressures involved in delivering large scale data centre projects, particularly where multiple subcontractors are working to demanding programmes and strict quality requirements.
You will be comfortable managing site teams, dealing with technical issues and taking ownership of programme delivery. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving are essential.

The Role: Project Manager

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years' experience in construction project management, including experience delivering fit out packages.
- Proven experience managing large scale commercial, industrial or data centre construction projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing demanding construction programmes.
- Strong understanding of health and safety, quality control and project reporting.
- Must be willing to work on site in the Netherlands.
Preferred Experience
- Previous data centre or mission critical project experience preferred.
- Experience delivering internal fit out, architectural or specialist construction packages.
- Familiarity with Procore, Dalux, MS Project or similar construction management software.
- Previous experience working on European construction projects beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day delivery of data centre fit out works in the Netherlands.
- Take ownership of programme delivery, ensuring key milestones and handover dates are achieved.
- Coordinate subcontractors across architectural, internal fit out and specialist packages.
- Work closely with the M&E teams to manage interfaces between building services and fit out works.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across all site activities.
- Monitor quality control, inspections, snagging and final handover.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure works are completed correctly.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and site logistics to maintain productivity.
- Liaise with the commercial team regarding variations, procurement and cost control.
- Identify potential programme delays and implement practical solutions to keep works progressing.
