The Role:
As Project Manager, you’ll report to the Contracts Manager and take full ownership of this multimillion-euro renewables project. From planning through to handover, you’ll be responsible for delivering on time, on budget, and to best-in-class safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all site-based construction activities and project teams
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ regulations
- Oversee project costs, timelines, and resource management
- Drive performance through structured planning and KPIs
- Resolve technical and operational challenges proactively
- Mentor and develop site engineers and junior managers
What You Need:
- 6+ years of experience in a Project/Site Manager role with a Main Contractor
- Proven track record on energy, utilities, or commercial/industrial builds
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (desirable)
- Familiarity with modular, timber frame, LGS, or sustainable systems
- Financially and contractually astute; strong reporting skills
- Proficient in project software (MS Project, Excel, Word)
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
