About the Role: As Project Manager, you'll report directly to the Contracts Manager and oversee the end-to-end delivery of a multimillion-euro commercial development. This includes ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities with full accountability for project delivery
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
- Manage costs, schedules, and resource planning
- Proactively resolve project issues and maintain positive client relations
- Drive progress through effective planning, milestone tracking, and performance reviews
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and junior management
- 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager with a Main Contractor
- Proven record of delivering commercial or modular construction projects
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of modular / LGS / timber frame systems
- Commercially astute with robust cost control and reporting skills
- Excellent IT proficiency – MS Project, Excel, Word, etc.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Salary: Approx. €80,000+ (DOE)
- Package: Vehicle, fuel card, pension
