The Role – Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee challenging Civils / M&E / ICA projects in the water sector. You will take ownership of contracts from pre-commencement through to operational handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
This is a key leadership role for an ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering essential infrastructure for communities.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee challenging Civils / M&E / ICA projects in the water sector. You will take ownership of contracts from pre-commencement through to operational handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of design-and-build and build-only contracts for public and private clients.
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team including design, site, and subcontractor staff.
- Provide strong technical and commercial guidance across civil, mechanical, electrical, and ICA disciplines.
- Drive project delivery in line with programme, cost, and quality objectives.
- Maintain and develop strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project life cycle.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Support the company’s core values through proactive leadership and team development.
- Deliver all projects to achieve financial, technical, and operational success.
About You – Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- 8+ years’ experience in the water and wastewater industry, including site supervision and design.
- Proven track record managing design-and-build infrastructure contracts.
- Excellent knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes, civil works, and M&E integration.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
- Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Chartered Engineer status is advantageous but not essential.
- Full, clean Irish/UK/EU driving licence and valid right to work in Ireland.
