About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of this long-term residential development, managing all aspects of project execution from planning to completion. This is a role for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Leading site teams while promoting a positive and safe working environment.
- Liaising with architects, engineers, planners, and local authorities.
- Ensuring full compliance with building regulations and health & safety legislation.
- Maintaining progress reports and presenting updates to senior management.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site or project management on large-scale residential developments.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high standards.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction best practices, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

- Basic Salary: €85,000 – €90,000
