Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a major renewables project. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a major renewables project. From pre-construction planning through to execution and handover, you will ensure that every phase is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project delivery including planning, resource management, execution, and close-out.
- Coordinate and manage on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and control budgets, schedule performance, and project scope to achieve key milestones.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to site managers, engineers, and other key personnel.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives on-site to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior site/project management role within civil engineering or construction.
- A relevant Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with excellent cost and programme control abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project / Power Project) and standard office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Proven ability to work autonomously and make high-level decisions that ensure successful project outcomes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary in the region of €85,000 + vehicle and package (depending on experience).
