The Role Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering a residential housing development from early stages through to completion. You will oversee site operations, manage programme delivery, and ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a senior leadership role where you will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining control of programme, budget, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of Health and Safety on site, ensuring full compliance
• Manage and drive the construction programme to meet key milestones
• Oversee site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and Foremen
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality
• Monitor build quality and ensure high standards are achieved throughout
• Provide regular reporting on progress, programme, and site performance
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
About You:
• Proven background as a Project Manager on residential housing developments
• Strong track record delivering projects from groundworks through to handover
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and programme management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive site teams effectively
• Highly organised with a focus on quality, deadlines, and safety
• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
• Degree qualified or trade background with progression into management
