Quality Control Inspector Skills:
- NCC Level 6 in Electrical (minimum).
- 2+ years’ experience in the electrical construction industry (an advantage, not a deal breaker).
- Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, AutoCAD.
- A technical mindset combined with teamwork, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and attention to detail.
As a Quality Control Inspector:
- Leading the preparation and implementation of inspection test plans.
- Carrying out detailed inspections on civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Writing method statements and risk assessments that keep our projects safe and efficient.
- Tracking progress against programme milestones and reporting back with clarity.
- Preparing technical and contract documentation to support smooth delivery.
- Making sure all work meets ISO, NSAI, design standards, and client expectations.
- Producing technical drawings – SLDs, layouts, schematics, and schedules.
- Reviewing and approving detailed designs for HV, MV & LV systems.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything moving forward.
