What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be €50,000 - €55,000 package. A vehicle, fuel card and pension will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most respected construction companies in Ireland.

Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- 3yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor
- Groundworks / Heavy civils experience
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
