Quantity Surveyor Skills: You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years post - graduate experience with a Developer or Main Contractor. Experience with residential, refurb or fit out projects is desirable.
Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of approx. €65,000 (negotiable) + a strong package and long term work in Monaghan.

Quantity Surveyor Skills: You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years post - graduate experience with a Developer or Main Contractor. Experience with residential, refurb or fit out projects is desirable.
Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- A 3rd level qualification in a related field
- 4+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer or Contractor.
- Experience of residential building / refurb projects
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details
