The Company
This international contractor specialises in the turnkey delivery of major data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, covering design, construction and commissioning.
Based from Dublin, they are looking for a Regional Planning Manager to lead the planning function across multiple large-scale data centre projects within their regional portfolio.
The Role: Regional Planning Manager
As Regional Planning Manager, you will provide strategic oversight of project planning and lead planning teams across several major data centre developments.
You will manage programme standards, project controls, resources and regional reporting while working closely with Project Directors and senior management. Regular travel between projects within the region will be required.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Planning Manager with a strong background in large-scale construction and the ability to oversee programmes across multiple projects.
You should have excellent Primavera P6 knowledge, strong project controls experience and the confidence to challenge programmes and advise senior project teams on programme risk and delivery.

The Role: Regional Planning Manager

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 8+ years’ construction planning experience.
- Proven experience managing planning functions across multiple large-scale projects.
- Advanced Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject experience required.
- Experience delivering major projects valued above €50 million.
- Data centre or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred.
- Strong project controls, earned value and risk analysis experience beneficial.
- Previous regional or multi-project planning leadership experience advantageous.
- Lead the planning function across multiple data centre projects.
- Establish master programme standards, project controls and reporting procedures.
- Review project programmes, progress, risks and resource requirements.
- Develop recovery programmes and mitigation strategies where required.
- Lead regional programme reviews and report performance to senior management.
- Coordinate planning with commercial, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
- Manage planning resources across the regional project portfolio.
- Support tender and bid programmes for new data centre projects.
- Mentor and develop Planners and Senior Planners across the business.
