Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering function on major bridge and road infrastructure projects, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and to programme.
- Coordinate daily site activities, supervising engineers, subcontractors and site teams while ensuring efficient use of labour, plant and materials.
- Oversee setting out, quality assurance, RFIs, as-built records and all engineering documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership on site, resolving engineering issues and mentoring junior engineers where required.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in Ireland on civil engineering projects.
- Experience working on projects valued at above €1 million.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and H&S legislation.
