Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with site foremen, subcontractors, and the wider team to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Review technical drawings and coordinate design developments from concept through to approved technical submissions.
- Supervise subcontractors and the site workforce, planning and coordinating daily activities to meet programme targets.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards in line with the project’s specifications.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role, with an Irish Main Contractor or Large Subcontractor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.
