Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering and technical aspects of the apartment project, ensuring accuracy and quality on-site.
- Lead setting out duties, coordinate subcontractors, and manage technical submissions and RFI processes.
- Supervise and mentor Junior Engineers and Site Engineers, offering guidance and support.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, design teams, and client representatives to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Engineering role in Ireland
- Proven experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate site teams and liaise with stakeholders.
