Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering activities on site for a high-specification fit-out package.
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and design team to ensure smooth delivery of works.
- Oversee quality control and ensure works meet industry and client standards.
- Implement and monitor health and safety procedures on site.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in Ireland.
- Strong background in fit-out, ideally with pharma or data centre experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
