Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, service providers, and third-party stakeholders.
- Review design documentation, raise RFIs, and engage in design meetings to close out technical issues.
- Support the Site and Project Managers in managing specific works packages, including scopes, materials, and subcontractor programmes.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and direct reports, developing their skills through structured development plans.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5+ years’ experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments in Ireland.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern construction practices and Building Regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
