Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering function on site, setting out strategy and ensuring quality procedures are maintained.
- Provide leadership to Engineers and Assistant Engineers, mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
- Review designs, raise RFIs, and coordinate with design teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Act as a primary interface with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, leading site meetings and ensuring strong communication channels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Engineer, ideally with exposure to large-scale Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of key packages including concrete, steelwork, drainage, facades, flooring, and cleanrooms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
