Senior HSE Lead: You are a confident, proactive safety leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction health and safety, ideally working across large-scale commercial, residential or industrial projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline
- Chartered or Graduate membership of IOSH (preferred)
- Proven track record in HSE leadership, ideally in a main contractor environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced knowledge of construction safety legislation, audits, and compliance procedures
- Comfortable with technology and digital safety management systems
- Experience leading and mentoring junior HSE staff
- Lead all site-based health, safety, and environmental activities across major projects
- Develop, implement and review project-specific safety strategies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, company procedures, and best practice
- Conduct in-depth audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Prepare high-quality safety reports and briefings for senior management
- Deliver effective training, workshops, and toolbox talks across teams
- Act as a key mentor to junior safety personnel and site teams, fostering a positive safety culture
- Attractive salary of up to €90,000 (DOE) for the right candidate
