The Role – Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a large-scale residential development in Dublin, leading the project from early stages through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for driving programme delivery, managing site teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are achieved.
This is a key leadership role where your experience will directly influence project success, client satisfaction, and overall delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all on-site and project activities to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Manage programme timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved
• Oversee site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain strict quality control standards across all phases of construction
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and reporting to senior management
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and clients
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are implemented and maintained
• Drive strong communication across all stakeholders
About You:
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on residential construction projects
• Strong background with main contractors in Ireland or the UK
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and finishing standards
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time
