They own and operate their own specialist fleet and have built strong partnerships with public and private clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full commercial responsibility for active marine and civils projects.
- Lead tendering, subcontractor procurement, and contract management.
- Produce accurate cost forecasts, monthly valuations, and performance reports.
- Contribute to implementation of new project and cost control systems.
- Mentor junior staff and promote best practice in commercial delivery.
- Maintain close client communication to ensure expectations and targets are met.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- 5+ years in a commercial QS role, ideally with civils or marine project experience.
- Track record in managing budgets, contracts, and tendering processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of public works procurement and Irish construction frameworks.
- Comfortable leading across multiple live projects with technical demands.
