Location: North Dublin
The Package: €75,000 - €80,000 + Vehicle/Allowance + Fuel + 7% pension + Life Assurance
Project: €100m+ residential development - 400+ apartments across two blocks ranging from three to seven storeys
Duration: 22 months

Overview:


You are a Senior Site Engineer in the North Dublin, Louth or Meath area. You have strong residential/commercial experience.

This is a lethal opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a large-scale €100m+ residential development in North Dublin. The project consists of constructing 400+ apartments across two blocks ranging from three to seven storeys which includes high-end finishes, brick facades and metal cladding. This project will last for 22 months, and the company themselves have a huge pipeline of work in the area. The team itself are down to earth and want to work as a part of a team to get the job done. Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of the site, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate setting-out activities, including monitoring groundworks, precast installation, and structural elements.
  • Manage and mentor Junior Engineers, ensuring their development and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with site and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of works.

Requirements:
 
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of precast structures piled foundations, and façade installations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE but you can expect between €75,000 - €80,000 + Vehicle/Allowance + Fuel + 7% pension + Life Assurance.
