You are seeking a Site Manager role in the Midlands with a trusted Main Contractor who have years of work in the area.

This very professional company are well resourced, working on a well organised project giving you the opportunity to display your experience and push the project on with no barriers.

The project itself is a residential housing development in Westmeath with 2 more projects beginning in the coming months in the Midlands area. A handy commute for anyone in Roscommon, Leitrim, Longford or Westmeath areas, providing you with the challenge you need and real opportunities for progression.

Site Manager Skills:

• You have 7+ years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
• You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.
• You have worked on large projects, preferably residential style or school builds.
• You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background

 

As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include: 

• Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Meeting agreed programme targets
• Managing Health and Safety on site
• Excellent knowledge of Trades and background

 

The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of approx. €80,000 + vehicle, fuel, pension and bonus Negotiable, depending on experience.
