Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, and Design Team to manage delivery phases.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct staff, and suppliers to ensure high productivity and quality.
- Chair site meetings and progress reviews, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in an engineering role, with an Irish Main Contractor
- Previous experience managing large-scale educational, healthcare, or public sector new builds.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
