Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out and surveying duties using GPS, robotic total station, and levelling equipment.
- Work closely with Senior Engineers and Site/Project Managers to coordinate day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and Building Regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and works.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience working on residential or mixed-use construction projects in Ireland.
- Strong setting-out and surveying skills using modern instruments.
- Sound knowledge of Irish construction regulations and standards.
