A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a flagship transport infrastructure project in Galway. This large scale development will deliver significant upgrades to a busy urban hub, creating modern facilities and improved connectivity for thousands of daily users. You’ll gain hands-on experience across complex civil, structural, and public realm works. The role offers a collaborative working environment, professional mentorship from senior team members, and the company is known for promoting within, offering a clear path toward progression to Senior Management positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works using the latest Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Coordinating with site management and specialist subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to guarantee quality and compliance.
- Monitoring site progress, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate project records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor.
- Skilled in setting out and proficient in Total Station and GPS use.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
The Package:
- €50,000 – €65,000 salary (DOE)
