Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer working on civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and setting out using instruments such as total stations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders including site teams, clients, and design consultants.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the contractual aspects of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute accurate setting out on-site and ensure all engineering practices meet required technical and quality specifications.
- Review project documentation to ensure it contains sufficient detail for execution and proactively address any gaps.
- Perform quality control checks in accordance with company and project-specific procedures.
- Support and mentor junior/graduate engineers, fostering continuous learning and development.
