Overview:
An Irish Civil Engineering Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large renewable energy projects is seeking a Site Engineer for a project in Co. Laois.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing contractor working on a substantial renewable energy project that involves heavy civils, road construction and RC works.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project and Site Management team and will play a key role in the delivery of the project from initial groundworks right through to completion.
The company has a strong pipeline of work across Ireland and offers long term career progression along with exposure to large scale engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set out works accurately and ensure foremen and operatives clearly understand all required information.
- Interpret drawings and specifications, coordinating effectively with subcontractors and site teams.
- Report regularly to the Site or Project Manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and technical issues.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards, quality standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a construction related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out and surveying experience with GPS/Total Station equipment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
