Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out and surveying duties to ensure all works are delivered accurately in line with drawings and specifications.
- Assist the Site and Project Management teams in delivering the project safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams and site personnel to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate site records, including QA documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience working with an Irish Main Contractor or Reputable Subcontractor.
- Strong setting out experience with good technical understanding of construction drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a site team.
