The Company
This Irish main contractor has a strong track record delivering large residential, commercial and mixed use developments across Ireland, with a healthy pipeline of work in Limerick and the wider Munster region.
They are currently delivering a €30m residential development in Limerick, Co Limerick and are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to strengthen the project team. The contractor is known for well run sites, good subcontractor relationships and a practical approach to programme, quality and site delivery.
The Role: Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day delivery of this €30m residential development in Limerick.
Working closely with the Project Manager, engineering team, commercial team and subcontractors, you will coordinate site activities and ensure works are progressing safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
You will have responsibility for managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, driving quality finishes and resolving site issues before they impact programme delivery.

About You
You are an experienced Site Manager with a strong building background and a track record delivering residential or similarly sized construction projects in Ireland.
You will be comfortable taking ownership of busy site operations, coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining pressure on programme without compromising safety or quality. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail will be important, particularly as the development moves through different phases of construction.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years' experience in site management on Irish construction projects
- Proven experience required on residential or large scale building developments
- Experience working with a main contractor in Ireland is required
- Strong knowledge of programme delivery, subcontractor coordination and quality control
Preferred Experience
- Large scale residential development experience preferred
- Experience managing projects through structure, fit out and finishing stages beneficial
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction standards
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day construction activities across the residential development
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics in line with the construction programme
- Work closely with the Project Manager and engineering team to maintain programme delivery
- Monitor workmanship and ensure high standards of quality and finishes throughout the project
- Maintain strong health and safety standards across all site activities
- Review progress against programme and address delays or site issues quickly
- Liaise with the design and commercial teams on technical queries, variations and sequencing
- Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates to senior management
