This successful Irish Main Contractor are offering long term work in Westmeath and the Midlands working on major residential projects. If you are an experienced Site Manager in the Westmeath area with residential experience and want to work on a large 70 unit apartment and housing development then this is your role.

Site Manager Skills:
- You have 7+ years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
- You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.
- You have worked on large projects, preferably residential style builds.
- You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background
As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Meeting agreed programme targets
- Managing Health and Safety on site
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of approx. €75,000 - €80,000 + vehicle, fuel, pension. Negotiable, depending on experience.
