The Role: Site Manager
This is a key Site Manager role on a new build national school project in South Galway. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, site team, design team and subcontractors to drive progress across the build, from groundworks and structure through to internal finishes, commissioning and handover.

- Education or public sector project experience preferred
- New build school project experience beneficial
- Trade or construction management background advantageous
- Experience managing projects from structure through to fit out and handover

- Manage daily site operations on an €11m new build national school project in South Galway
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics
- Drive programme delivery and ensure works are completed to agreed milestones
- Maintain strong health and safety standards across all site activities
- Oversee quality control, snagging and finishes
- Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives
- Keep accurate site records, daily reports and progress updates
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and building regulations
