With a strong pipeline of work in Limerick and the wider Munster region, the company is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee specialist fit out works within technically demanding environments.
The business offers a hands-on working environment where Site Managers are given responsibility for their projects, supported by experienced project management and technical teams.
The Role: Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of pharmaceutical fit out works in Limerick, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives, you will coordinate site activities, manage specialist trades and ensure works are completed to the standards expected within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The role requires a practical Site Manager who understands the importance of sequencing, site safety, quality finishes and minimising disruption when working within operational facilities.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in construction or specialist fit out works, ideally within the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
You understand the challenges of working in controlled environments, where careful planning, subcontractor coordination and attention to detail are essential.
You will be confident managing site teams, dealing with clients and keeping projects moving without compromising safety or quality.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on construction or fit out projects in Ireland.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, site activities and construction programmes.
- Experience working on pharmaceutical, industrial or technically demanding commercial projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and quality control on construction sites.
- Previous pharmaceutical or cleanroom fit out experience.
- Experience working within live manufacturing or operational facilities.
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, RAMS and specialist fit out packages.
- Manage daily site operations across pharmaceutical fit out projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades and material deliveries.
- Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with site-specific health and safety requirements.
- Monitor construction programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Oversee quality control, inspections and completion of finishing works.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives and technical teams.
- Manage site documentation, progress reporting and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate snagging, commissioning interfaces and project handover.
