The Role – Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day management of a residential housing development in Meath. You will lead site operations, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
You will play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring quality finishes across all units while reporting into senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all on site activities from groundworks through to handover
• Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety standards and site procedures
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to meet programme deadlines
• Monitor progress against programme and manage short term planning
• Maintain high standards of quality control across all phases of construction
• Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to senior management
• Ensure all work complies with building regulations and specifications
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders as required
About You:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
• Strong background in managing housing schemes from start to finish
• Trade or construction related qualification
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
• Highly organised with a focus on delivering projects on time
