We are hiring a Site Project Manager to oversee upgrade works across several wastewater treatment facilities in the Monaghan and Longford regions.

Site Project Manager Skills:
- Experience delivering water or wastewater infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable coordinating mechanical, electrical and process upgrade works
- Excellent understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory obligations
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, reporting and issue resolution
- Competent with MS Office and project-planning software
- Full EU/Irish driving licence
- Take responsibility for on-site delivery of wastewater upgrade works
- Lead engineers, safety teams, trades and specialist subcontractors
- Represent the project at client and consultant meetings and issue progress updates
- Prepare construction schedules, monitor activity and update programme forecasts
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment and specialist services
- Oversee cost reviews and report financial updates to senior management
- Maintain site documentation including RAMS, inspections, records and daily reports
- Plan and coordinate commissioning, testing and final handover
- Engage closely with client-side RE/ER representatives to maintain strong communication
- Ensure environmental controls and ecological requirements are followed throughout delivery.
