The Role – BIM Team Lead
As BIM Team Lead, you will take full ownership of BIM delivery on a major data centre project in Vaasa. This is a senior, site based leadership role where you will manage BIM processes, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure seamless integration of MEP and CSA elements throughout the project lifecycle.
You will lead a team of BIM professionals while working closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure coordination, clash resolution and accurate model development that supports construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery across the full project lifecycle from design through to handover
- Manage and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians on site
- Ensure all BIM processes and standards are implemented and maintained
- Coordinate MEP and CSA services to ensure efficient installation sequencing
- Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and other coordination tools
- Liaise with package managers, engineers and subcontractors to align design with site progress
- Oversee production of drawings, models and technical documentation in line with BIM Execution Plan
- Support project teams with technical BIM expertise and problem solving
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in BIM processes and technologies
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience working on large scale construction projects
- Strong background in BIM with a focus on MEP coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Proven experience leading BIM teams on complex projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Detail focused with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced construction environment
Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 (DOE)
