We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join a leading Dublin-based engineering contractor delivering complex mechanical and electrical projects across pharma, data centre, healthcare, and large commercial sectors.

BIM Technician Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working in BIM using Revit and Navisworks
- Experience in M&E services coordination essential
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems
- Excellent IT skills including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Mechanical or Electrical trade background advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issues
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with point cloud data advantageous
- Produce and develop coordinated 3D BIM models and associated drawings
- Liaise closely with the BIM Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors
- Input model elements with the required graphical and data detail
- Run clash detection and produce regular clash reports
- Coordinate and manage incoming and shared models
- Produce drawings, images, and model outputs as required by the project team
- Carry out BIM modelling using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical services and associated asset data
- Produce as-built models and drawings for project handover
- Develop Asset Information Models as part of project delivery
- Support BIM delivery on both live and tender-stage projects
- Produce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company safety and quality procedures
