You are a Building Services Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership of the mechanical and electrical elements on a wide and diverse range of projects, ensuring they’re delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

In this role, you’ll be the link between design, construction, and services delivery, managing subcontractors, coordinating with the wider project team, and making sure every detail is right, from pre-tender planning through to handover, based out of Dublin.

You’ll be hands-on in reviewing design drawings, organising coordination meetings, resolving clashes, and keeping everything on track against programme. If you’re organised, detail-focused, and thrive on working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same, you’ll feel right at home here.

You’ll be joining one of Ireland’s most respected main contractors, known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. They invest heavily in safety, quality, and sustainability, and they work with some of the best people in the industry. If you want to be part of a company that values its people, rewards hard work, and provides genuine career growth, this is where you’ll find it.

For those eager to learn more about this exciting opportunity, please do not hesitate to reach out to Stephen at stephen@breaghrecruitment.com / 015314345
