They are now seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join their team. If you’re passionate about strategy, sequencing, and contributing to the delivery of major high-density developments, this is where your expertise can truly make an impact.


What You’ll Receive:

• Salary: €80,000–€85,000 (DOE)
  
  
• Bonus: 10% annual performance-based bonus

• A 1,200-unit residential masterplan in South Dublin featuring retail, parks, and schools
  
  
• A €250M mixed-use scheme in the heart of the city integrating commercial, retail, and residential blocks
  
  
• A phased apartment delivery programme with complex logistics, basements, podiums, and shared public realms
  
  

These are multi-phase, multi-year landmark developments that require smart planning and flawless execution, and your input will be key to their success.


Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the master programme for all projects, from early concept through delivery
  
  
• Generate and manage detailed construction programmes aligned with key handover and milestone dates
  
  
• Contribute to the development of phasing plans and logistics strategies
  
  
• Track progress, identify risks, and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership
  
  
• Coordinate with Design, PMO, and Construction to ensure programme alignment across departments
  
  
• Support planning for future projects in feasibility and pre-construction stages
  
  
• Maintain project control systems and promote best practice in programme governance
  
  

Who You Are:

• A degree-qualified professional (Level 8 or equivalent) in Construction, Engineering, or related field
  
  
• 3–5+ years’ experience in planning or site-based construction roles (residential experience preferred)
  
  
• Familiar with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6 (training can be provided)
  
  
• Clear communicator who can influence and coordinate across technical and operational teams
  
  
• Detail-driven, proactive, and confident working both independently and in a team setting
  
  
• Full driving licence and flexibility to visit sites across Dublin as required
