About the Role

About the Role
You will report directly to the Contracts Manager and take full responsibility for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of a large-scale, high-value commercial development in Leinster. This role will see you managing all aspects of construction, from early civils through to final handover, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site activities with full accountability for project delivery.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee civils and structural elements to ensure seamless integration with the wider build.
- Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
- Resolve issues proactively and build strong client relationships.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to site teams.
What You Need
- 6+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a main contractor.
- Strong background in civils and structural works, ideally with exposure to commercial developments.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
- Commercially aware with solid cost control and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and other project management tools.
- Strong communicator with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
