About You: You are a proven construction professional with:

• 6+ years’ industry experience, ideally with a Main Contractor.
  
  
• Experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large site teams.
  
  
• A background in large-scale projects, with experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or complex builds a strong advantage.
  
  
• A qualification in construction (degree/diploma) or a strong trade background.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of compliance and quality standards, with a proven ability to deliver projects to exacting specifications.
  
  

Key Responsibilities: As Site Manager, you will:

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  
  
• Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
  
  
• Ensure the project is delivered to programme deadlines and technical specifications.
  
  
• Drive compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
  
  
• Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture.
  
  
• Oversee quality assurance and high standards of workmanship across all phases.
