About You: You are a proven construction professional with:
- 6+ years’ industry experience, ideally with a Main Contractor.
- Experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large site teams.
- A background in large-scale projects, with experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or complex builds a strong advantage.
- A qualification in construction (degree/diploma) or a strong trade background.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and quality standards, with a proven ability to deliver projects to exacting specifications.
Key Responsibilities: As Site Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
- Ensure the project is delivered to programme deadlines and technical specifications.
- Drive compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
- Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture.
- Oversee quality assurance and high standards of workmanship across all phases.
