The Project:

Join a top-tier Irish residential developer on a flagship, multi-phase project involving the construction of over 200 residential units. This large-scale development includes a diverse mix of terraced, semi-detached, detached houses, and duplex apartments across a variety of two and three-storey buildings.

Currently at a dynamic stage, the project offers a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager to take charge of the delivery of new homes across multiple housing types, ranging from 2-bed to 4-bed units.

About the Role?

You’ll take full responsibility for day-to-day operations on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. From managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting key programme milestones, your leadership will directly influence the success of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and materials
  
  
• Oversee construction activities from groundworks through to final handover
  
  
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and regulatory compliance
  
  
• Drive progress to meet programme deadlines and budget targets
  
  
• Ensure consistent quality of workmanship across varied house types
  
  
• Liaise effectively with the wider project and design teams
  
  

  What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in construction, preferably with a Main Contractor or Developer
  
  
• Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Construction Manager on housing or mixed-use projects
  
  
• Background working on multi-unit residential schemes preferred
  
  
• Excellent knowledge of trades and sequencing
  
  
• Third-level qualification in construction or a solid trades background
  
  
• Leadership, communication, and organisational strengths

• Salary: €80,000 - €85,000 (depending on experience)
